Important Service Update – Please Read Carefully

We want to keep you fully informed about some recent changes that may affect your orders. Our team is working hard to process all existing and new orders as quickly as possible.

Because of new U.S. import regulations, we’ve had to make a few important adjustments to how orders are processed and shipped. The details below explain what’s changing and what it means for you.

1. Changes to U.S. Import Rules

Starting August 29, 2025, the U.S. government removed the “de minimis” exemption, which previously allowed international packages under $800 to enter the U.S. duty-free.

Now, all orders shipped to the United States must have customs duties and tariffs paid in advance. This means a tariff surcharge will apply to all future orders.
The amount will vary depending on which country your order ships from.

2. Order Processing Times

Some of our shipping partners are still getting back to full capacity.
As a result, your order may take a little longer to process than usual.

We’re directing more shipments through partners who are fully operational, but that also means they’re handling higher volumes than normal.
Our goal is to return to regular processing times as soon as possible.

3. Shipping and Customs Updates

Our dispensing partners—located in five different countries—are all transitioning to new customs declaration and tariff prepayment systems to meet U.S. Customs and Border Protection requirements.

Some partners are still finalizing these updates, which may temporarily affect:

  • Which products are available
  • How quickly your order can be shipped
  • The total cost of your order

Carriers who can collect customs fees in advance are in high demand, so delivery times may also take a little longer.

4. Delivery Expectations

Because of the new customs process, delivery times are now less predictable.
Please allow 3 to 6 weeks for delivery, though some shipments may take longer.

If you need your medication urgently, we recommend placing your order as soon as possible or checking with a local pharmacy for immediate needs.

5. Pricing and Payments

You may notice some price changes on future orders. This is due to new tariffs, duties, and increased shipping costs.

  • Prices may differ depending on where your order ships from.
  • Our price matching program is temporarily suspended.
  • Reshipments (replacement orders) are being handled on a case-by-case basis and may include extra fees for orders placed before August 21, 2025.

You will not be charged until your order is ready to ship. If your order is delayed, our team will contact you to confirm product availability and final pricing.

6. Customer Service Updates

Our Contact Center is currently experiencing higher than normal call, email, and chat volumes.
Wait times may be longer, but our customer service team is doing everything possible to assist you as quickly as we can.
